Our Customer Service Department wants to help you, not only with your air ambulance flight and coordination, but also with any other aspect of the transport that requires assistance, including (but not limited to):
- obtaining medical reports and translations
- putting our Medical Director in touch with the attending physician for a complete medical consult before transport
- getting a receiving bed and physician in the hospital of your choice
- organizing the return of luggage left behind that does not fit in the air ambulance
- setting up commercial flights for additional family members that do not fit in the air ambulance
- setting up conference calls with family members, banks, doctors or whomever else you need before the transport takes place
- following up documentation and assistance
