“ ..AirLink Ambulance guided me through the unknown territory of a medical emergency in a foreign country. They provided a vital translation link for me, explaining what the medical staff at the hospital had diagnosed. They collected insurance and medical information from me and proceeded to co-ordinate an air evacuation from Zihuatenejo to the best possible hospital within the safest flying distance. They helped me co-ordinate arrangements for leaving my two sons, aged 13 and 11, behind in Mexico as there was no room for them on the flight. They assisted me in making contact with family and medical doctors in Canada. After arriving at St. Luke's Hospital in Houston, they made certain that I was getting the support I needed in this crisis by contacting the International Office at the hospital and having them send someone down to meet with me. For days after the airlift I was in daily contact with them, seeking guidance, and through them communicating with my sons in Mexico and my family in Canada. For weeks and months after the accident I was still able to contact them for support documents for insurance claims.
AirLink Ambulance was a lifeline for my family during this terrible event. Without their expertise and compassion the outcome of this accident may have been very different.

“ I just wanted to take a moment to comment on the service that we received on June 6th when your company picked up my injured wife and me at the hospital in Cozumel and delivered us to the Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. From the moment that Dr. Garcia and the paramedic who was with her (his name escapes me now) arrived their professionalism and compassion were obvious. Both they and the pilot (I believe his name was Enrique) and co-pilot bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable and keep my wife out of pain to the extent possible. Up until the time they delivered us to the trauma unit in Miami everyone associated with your company performed in an exemplary way. They exceeded any expectations we could have possibly held.
While I sincerely hope that we never need to avail ourselves of your services again, it is comforting to know that Air-Link is there for people who need your help.

I wanted to follow up with you regarding my father Monte Marino. He is currently in the ICU at Scripps in San Diego, CA. He has gone through a lot in the past 10 days…It is still going to be a long battle with the one remaining breathing tube and getting the breathing tube removed, but the news seems more and more positive everyday.
My mother and I wish to thank you for all your help. Airlink and On Call International are true saviours. With all the condo time shares that are being purchased in Mexico, people must be aware of what to expect if this situation occurs. He was ever - attentive to my health needs during the long trip from the Cabo San Lucas Hospital to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
