AirLink Ambulance is a US company with offices in Carson City, Nevada. Our operational bases are in Mexico and are geographically chosen, not only to better serve our customers and offer more competitive prices for our region, but also because it gives our service specific advantages. We like to call ourselves a "hybrid" company: one that has the advantages of a US company and a Latin-American company. We follow strict policies and procedures that comply with U.S. standards and also have the advantage of a bicultural team that can easily coordinate and operate anywhere in the region.
Operating air ambulance flights in Latin America is unusual and tricky. To begin with, ground handling, fueling, landing permits and over-flight permits need to be carefully arranged and it is always quicker and easier if you speak their same language.
Also, airports in Latin America are few and far between compared to the dense concentration of airports in the U.S.A., Canada and European Community. Pilots experienced in Latin America know that airport alternatives decrease significantly the further south they fly, so careful flight planning and pilot experience are essential.

Guadalajara
Guadalajara is home to our corporate office. Our Customer Service Center, Administration Department, most of our aircraft and medical personal are located in Guadalajara.
Mexico City
The Toluca Airport is approximately 40 miles from Mexico City. It is the airport used for small aircraft operations going into Mexico City.
Los Cabos
We provide transport services to cruise ships, all of the hospitals in Los Cabos, private home complexes and some extreme sports hotspots.
Puerto Vallarta
Puerto Vallarta is home to an AirLink Ambulance ground ambulance base. We are there to quickly transport our patients to 1st level hospitals in town and assist them in evacuation plans, if they so choose.
