Bed-to-Bed Air Ambulance Transport
This service is for patients in need of Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, or Critical Care Life Support; patients not well enough to travel on a commercial flight. The service begins at the bedside of the patient, uses dedicated ground and air ambulances, and ends when the patient is safely in bed at the destination facility. Our aircraft, equipped as a mobile intensive care unit, is flown to the airport closest to the patient. A ground ambulance takes our medical team from the airport to the patient’s bedside. Our doctor and paramedic prepare the patient for transport and travel with the patient, by ground ambulance from the hospital back to the airport. Our aircraft fly everyone to the most convenient airport where a ground ambulance is waiting to bring everyone to the destination hospital or other destination facility.
From the moment we arrive at the patient’s bedside until we put the patient to bed at the destination facility, we attend to the patient’s every medical need. The price we quote is all inclusive (except for the cost of keeping airports open beyond their normal working hours should it be necessary). All air medical staffing and equipment are customized to the patient’s particular needs, and because of the location of our bases we are usually the quickest option to arrive at the patient’s bedside in Latin America. We coordinate all aspects of the service and provide assistance to the patient and other family members every step of the way. We eliminate the obstacles and get it done.

Burn Patients
AirLink Ambulance is highly specialized in the management of burn patients. We are a primary provider for the Michou y Mau Foundation for Burnt Children in Mexico and a frequent provider for several Shriners Burn Institutes in the US, where our team receives continuous Advanced Burn Life Support training. Our burn-victim transports sum more than 100 flights a year. We are the experts!
Neonatal and Pediatric Service
We specialize in the transport of children of any age in need of critical care transport, especially neonatal babies. We have invested in state-of –the-art equipment and specialized personnel to care for the transport of babies of any age in critical condition, including premature babies weighing less than 1 kilo. These delicate and precious patients are flown under the care of our own neonatal and pediatric intensive care specialist, who has more than 17 years experience.
AirLink Ambulance uses the most advanced equipment in neonatal transports: Baby Pac ventilators (specially designed to deliver ventilation to small, fragile lungs with precision), Baby Pod incubators (designed uniquely for transport) and the AeronoxPulmonox portable nitric oxide system (ventilator for better oxygenation in very delicate lungs).
Perinatal Service
With more and more frequency, our customers have requested our “Neonatal Services” when the patient is a pregnant woman in danger of giving premature birth. This service includes our complete neonatal package plus an ob-gyn specialist; therefore, we are prepared to take good care of the mother-to-be and her baby if she were to give birth before or during flight.
