Patients with a confirmed COVID- 19 infection will be flown safely in our special isolation capsule. The medical team uses full protective gear and equipment to ensure there is minimum risk of transmission during the mission.
Case by case basis
The AirLink team reviews the transport of COVID-19 patients on a case-by-case basis. These flights are subject to specific considerations, such as patient condition, length of the flight, and approval by aviation and health authorities. AirLink has completed many successful COVID-19 flights since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020.
